A unique creative retreat is being offered in the breathtaking landscape of Westport, Ireland. This immersive experience brings together art, movement, nature, and self-discovery in a deeply restorative environment.
Through guided practices including painting, breathwork, body awareness, and dance, participants will be supported in reconnecting with themselves and exploring creativity in a meaningful and embodied way.
