In this second class, we will recap last week’s lesson, then move on to depicting scenery: both from nature and in the urban setting. Composition will be emphasised, as well as advanced measuring and perspective techniques (horizon line, vanishing points). This class we will also introduce Colour, and showing both the realistic palette and a more graphic imagined palette.

Each session will be broken up into a introduction and recap, a warm up period, short drawings, then we will have a 10-15 minute break, continuing with a 1 hour session. On days that we are doing Life Drawing (#3 & #4), classes will be an extra 30 minutes long to allow for more time with the models and to develop your drawings.
