DESCRIPTION:Sign up for the Drawing & Sketching course\, with Adrian. This course is ideal for anyone looking to develop their drawing skills. Beginners and artists of all skill level are welcome. For full course details\, see here: https://theartcab.in/drawing-sketching-course-june-july-2026/?v=181bdbf3fbc4# \nOur second life drawing-based class (2.5 hours) will contain sitting poses\, which will give students ample opportunity to render more detail\, explore colour\, and realise a complete finished drawing. Students will learn to define sketching edges\, light\, shadow\, and finishing techniques. We would ask for complete respect to our models throughout the session duration. \n\nKey Topics addressed:\n\n\nObservational Skills\nLife Drawing\nBlocking the Shapes\nArranging a Composition\nDrawing Elements: Line & Tone\nLight and Shadow\nThe Quality of an Edge\n\nEach session will be broken up into a introduction and recap\, a warm up period\, short drawings\, then we will have a 10-15 minute break\, continuing with a 1 hour session. On days that we are doing Life Drawing (#3 & #4)\, classes will be an extra 30 minutes long to allow for more time with the models and to develop your drawings.
